How Amiro handles information

This website

• Amiro doesn’t add analytics, advertising or tracking scripts to its public pages. Their fonts and images are served from this site.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information about each request, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it.
• If you email admin@amirotravel.com, your message and address are used to reply to you.

The private preview

Amiro’s application isn’t publicly available yet. For people using the preview:

• Your account and the Trips, Hotel plans and Hotel reservations you record are stored with Supabase, which provides Amiro’s database and sign-in. They are private to your account.
• When Amiro checks current rates for a hotel reservation, it sends a rate supplier only what that check needs: the hotel, the dates, the number of rooms and guests, children’s ages, the currency and the nationality you supplied, which some hotel rates depend on. It doesn’t send your name, email address or booking reference.
• When Amiro researches publicly available hotel promotions, it uses an AI provider, OpenAI, with web search. Those requests describe a destination and sometimes a hotel. They don’t include your dates, your party, your name or your booking details.
• Uploading a booking confirmation is a limited pilot and isn’t generally available. Where it is enabled, the file is sent to OpenAI to read the reservation details for you to review, and the uploaded file is deleted when you confirm or cancel, and in any case within 24 hours. OpenAI’s current API data controls say abuse-monitoring logs may retain customer content for up to 30 days by default, subject to retention controls and limited safety or legal exceptions.
